Oh how I love a Tudor. Updating this beautiful tudor to bring it back to its former glory. It is also technically a duplex but the conversion to single family in this one is quite simple (we're basically just removing a doorway). This a full gut but it had beautiful doors and moldings and we're saving as much of that as possible to put back in the house. It also has original hardwoods! As a bonus, no historical zoning on this one, so I can paint the brick like I wanted to on Shelby but am not allowed to :)

This 1920s bungalow has been used as duplex (notice the exterior stairs to the 2nd floor) since approximately the 1970s. We are converting it back to a single family, and adding a large dormer to the back in order to add usable square footage upstairs. It's another major job put we're very excited about the potential.

1300 Elliston St - Old Hickory - Full Gut! We thought this was going to be less intense. But, the layout really didn't work on either floor, plus, it needed extensive plumbing and electrical updates, so, full gut it is.
